Last Updated: October 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

Watchpost Technologies is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard personal and business information in the context of our Microsoft 365 managed security services. Our practices are designed to ensure transparency and accountability in every engagement.

2. Data Stewardship in Microsoft 365

Our service models center on the hardening and management of your existing Microsoft 365 environment. We access telemetry, audit logs, and configuration data to perform policy drift correction, identity baseline reviews, and monthly posture reporting. Your data remains within your Microsoft tenant, and we apply strict identity and access controls to our administrative functions.

3. Information Security and Incident Reporting

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. This includes the enforcement of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies. In the event of a suspected security incident within our scope of management, we provide business-hours alert triage and detailed reporting as part of our core service offering.

4. Your Rights and Ownership

Clients retain full ownership and control of their data. You have the right to review our management activity through the detailed monthly posture reports we provide. Watchpost Technologies does not sell client data to third parties, nor do we use it for any purpose outside the explicit delivery of our managed security services.

5. Contact Us

For questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy or our data management practices, please contact Watchpost Technologies at hello@watchposttech.com. We are located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and stand ready to provide further clarity on our security oversight processes.
