3. Managed Security Services
Watchpost Technologies provides Microsoft 365 hardening, policy oversight, and identity management. While we aim to significantly enhance your security posture, security is a shared responsibility. The client retains ownership of their internal policies and decision-making, while Watchpost provides the structured management and monthly accountability reporting necessary to maintain visibility and control.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Colorado, United States. Watchpost Technologies and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Colorado Springs shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
